Out June 2023

 Been awhile since I posted. I had the opportunity to go out on a Saturday. Went to get a makeover at Blo Blow Dry in the Heights area in Houston. They are very nice and do a good job doing my makeup. After the makeover I went to Michael's Outpost for their Eyecons Drag show. It was very nice. It is hosted by the fabulous Violet S'Arbleu.  Michae;'s also has a show on Friday that I think I like just a little bit better. I loved being out and am hoping to get a couple chances of getting out during June. Below are some photos from that night.

March Night out 2022

 Was able to get out again. It was such an enjoyable night. Started with a makeover at Blo Blow Dry Bar in Houston. Afterwards met up with a couple ladies, Laurie and Lacey for dinner at Riva's. Afterwards made my way to Michael's Outpost to listen to Kareoke where I met up with Julie. I have not gotten up the nerve yet to get up and sing but I do love listening to other. Over all a very nice night out. Here are  few pictures from that night.

A Night Out

 Hello, been awhile since my last post. I plan on updating this more often. My last adventure out was the middle of November on a Thursday Night. I went to Blo Blow Dry Bar in the Montrose area of Houston for a Makeover. They are really great. The girls there are always friendly and make me feel very welcomed. After the makeover, I drove around a bit, went in to a place called Erotic Cabaret. They have some interesting things there. Afterwards I went to Michael's Outpost. Great little bar, very friendly. I met another gurl there, Julie. She likes going there for Karaoke. It was a very nice relaxing evening that I really needed. Hoping to get out more in the 2022. Hugs, Rhonda

Night Out June 2021

 It has been a long time since I have the chance to get out. But I finally did. It was such a wonderful feeling getting dressed up and getting out. Started the evening by getting a makeover at a new place. I had been going to Sephora bt they have not opened up yet for makeovers. I found a nice place in the Montrose area of Houston. Blo Blow Dry Bar . They were very nice and did a nice job. After the makeover, I stopped off at Michael's Outpost for bit. Very nice bar, very friendly. After about an hour, I went to Riva's restaurant to meet up with some Gurls. I met with Laurie, Kathy, Lacey and Lisa. It was so wonderful meeting these ladies and getting to sit and chat with them. We met around 7:30 and stayed and talked till Riva's closed at 10:30. Just being out with others, sitting and talking is such a wonderful feeling. I am hoping to get to do this again real soon. Finally a night out

 This virus deal has been very hard. Have not had a chance dress and get out in over a year. I finally go the chance at the end of March. I contacted a few girls and arranged a dinner meetup at my favorite resturant in the Montrose area of Houston. 

Started off by getting a makeover at a place called Blo Blow Dry Bar. The do hair and makeup. They were very friendly and I think did a good job. 

There were 6 of us. Most I had never met except on facebook. The girls present were Kathy L.  first time meet in person, Lauri B. another first time meet. Lacey B, who I have not seen in years was there. There was a girl there who was out for only about the second or third time Jade F. There was a GG Lisa G who is very supportive of the community. She is very friendly and actually lives on my side of town, Will try to meet up with her to talk some time in the future.

It was a wonderful evening, being out dressed, sitting with others and talking. Really looking forward to doing it again. Hugs, Rhonda

A night out and a rant

Had a fun night out last January. Met up  with a friend Cindy Jo, for a nice dinner at Riva's and a bit of conversation at Michael' s Outpost. Cindy is a wonderful, girl, tall thin, pretty with a vey sexy style of dress and great legs. It was fun just being out. Thought a couple other girls were going to meet up with us but they did not show up.
   Rant time, I only get to go out about every 6-8 weeks. I usually go out on a week night. Any time dressed and out is a wonderful time. I understand it is hard for some to get out during the week. I usually start posting about going out 2-3 weeks in advance. I am not looking to go out and party hard all night. Just  a little dinner, or even just to meet somewhere and sit and talk. Just like being out with others.
 This night, I had several girls, contact me about going out, some were a bit apprehensive about being out. I understand and assured them the places I go are all very friendly and understanding. Have never had any problems. A couple said they would love to meet up and planned on being there.  When they did not show up I was a bit upset. No notice given as to why a no show, Not even a note later explaining. I understand about being afraid, but don't promise something if you are not willing to commit.
That's it for know, I plan on getting out again soon. I so love getting out dressed.

My own Makeup

I am not very good at doing makeup. That is one of the reasons when I do go out, I get an appointment for a makeover. I don't very often get the chance to practice doing my makeup. Tonight I got the chance. I called up a video of a Local TV personality here in Houston who give beauty advice and makeup hints. I tried to follow her guidance. Did ok in somethings, need lots of help/practice in others. Will continue working on doing makeup myself. I am a very big work in progress.
